I’m Paul Spencer, a business consultant with over 20 years of experience helping companies streamline operations and improve profitability. I started my career as a certified Management Accountant later specialising in strategic planning, process improvement, and change management. I’ve successfully led projects that have resulted in significant cost savings and enhanced efficiency for my clients.

I am obsessed with learning and growing as a professional and human being and sharing what I have learned with others. This is why I created Future Focus Business Consulting.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, country walks, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and golf.
